CASP Exhibitor Prospectus
October 15 & 16, 2015
Riverside Convention Center
Don’t miss the largest state school psychology convention in the country – the
premier opportunity to showcase your programs, products and services – and
capture the attention and interest of school psychologists, Licensed Educational
Psychologists, administrators, and other school-based mental health professionals
from across the state.
We invite you to take advantage of this excellent opportunity to join us, make local
connections, and support our hundreds of attendees to positively impact the mental
health and education of California’s children and families.
This year, CASP is increasing the opportunities for trade show exhibitors to meet with
attendees. Plan to keep your table top exhibit open during the popular Thursday evening
reception, featuring appetizers and adult beverages, which will be held in the Exhibit
Hall. Prior to the reception, the CASP Poster Session will be held in one-half of the
Exhibit Hall. In addition, on Friday afternoon, the Exhibit Hall will share its venue with a
Job Fair, which is sure to bring out not only job-seekers, but more administrators. And,
all this with timed coffee breaks to further entice attendees to check out the newest in
assessments, interventions and many other products presented at the Exhibit Hall
booths.

Streaming Video and Internet Access
Internet is available throughout the Riverside Convention Center. However, if you plan to
use internet access to stream video or other types of multi-media presentations, please

will not support large files being downloaded.
Vendor Seller’s Permits
Prior to the start of the CASP Convention, a Seller’s Permit is required by the State
Board of Equalization for the sale of any item. These permits must be secured by the
Client and provided to CASP a minimum of ten (10) working days prior to the event. To
arrange for permits, contact:
State of California Board of Equalization

Telephone: (951) 680-6490
CASP is required to obtain written evidence from each seller that the seller is the holder
of a valid California Seller’s Permit, or secure a written statement from the seller that he
or she is not offering for sale anything which is subject to sales tax.
Signs and Decorations
Signs, decorations and related materials may not be taped, tacked, stapled, nailed or
otherwise affixed to any surface in the Center. Convention Center’s permanent signs
may not be blocked in any manner. Temporary signs may not be attached in any manner
to permanent Center signage. Adhesive backed decals and stickers may not be
distributed in the Center. Any costs incurred by the Center for the removal of these items
will be billed to CASP, which will forward the bill to the responsible party. Use of glitter
and confetti or any other not easily removed items is not permitted in the Center. Costs
associated with the clean-up of glitter, confetti and related materials will be billed to
CASP, which will then bill the responsible party.
Helium balloons may not be distributed or offered for sale inside the facility. Helium
balloons obtained outside of the facility shall not be permitted inside the facility. If helium
balloons are brought inside the building, without approval, and released for any reason,
all labor costs associated with the removal of the balloons will be charged to CASP,
which will then charge the responsible party.
Please see the Exhibitor Form to secure your booth, advertisement or other sponsorship
opportunity.
