1. Dining Benefits* :
Upon presentation of a valid membership card when dining in Café on the 1st, Dickens Bar and
Cammino, you will receive one (1) complimentary meal each dining visit when accompanied by one or
more dining guests, providing a minimum of two (2) meals are purchased (minimum 2 main courses or
2 buffets). The complimentary portion of your bill is determined by dividing the total food bill (excluding
beverages, service charge, tobacco, taxes and gratuities) by the number of people in your party, and
subtracting that amount from the original bill. 25% food discount for cardholder with three to eleven
(3-11) guests (excluding beverages, service charge, tobacco, taxes and gratuities). 15% food discount
will be offered to single dining (excluding beverages, service charge, tobacco, taxes and gratuities).
Upon presentation of a valid membership card when dining in ToTT’s and Roof Terrace (except terrace
area) and Yee Tung Heen, 25% food discount for cardholder with up to eleven (11) guests (excluding
beverages, service charge, tobacco, taxes and gratuities).
10% discount at EXpresso on Food and Beverage items (except merchandise items).
Offers do not apply to private/corporate events of 13 persons or above.
Limited to one card per party or per reservation. Dining benefits are not transferable.
2. Dining Certificates#* :
a. Two (2) “Special Occasion” certificates.
b. Complimentary Lunch Buffet for Two (2) persons .
c. Four (4) HK$ 200 Cash certificates. Each coupon is valid for use in a designated restaurant. ToTT’s
and Roof Terrace (1), Yee Tung Heen (1), Cammino (1), Café on the 1st or Dickens Bar (1).
d. One (1) Complimentary Bottle of Sparkling Wine.
e. One (1) 25% on Birthday cake certificate.
f. One (1) complimentary Birthday Chocolate Gift Box certificate.
3. Guest Room Benefits:
a. Two (2) “Buy One Night Get One Free” certificates
b. Fifteen percent (15%) off Best Available Rate for all room types, single or double occupancy, valid
seven (7) days a week.

4. Referral Card Incentive:
The member will receive one (1) certificate valid for a complimentary buffet lunch for two (2) persons
at Café on the 1st upon submission of names of five (5) friends or colleagues to be approached for
potential membership where one (1) or more of the above referrals purchase a membership.
5. Catering Benefits:
The member will receive a 10% discount on a minimum of ten (10) tables of ten (10) guests at any
function with a minimum purchase of four thousand Hong Kong Dollars (HK$4,000). Beverages,
room hire, equipment rental, meeting surcharges, tobacco, taxes and gratuities are not included.
Maximum discount eleven thousand Hong Kong Dollars (HK$11,000) per year.
6. Business Centre Benefits:
20% discount on Business Centre services. Not valid for paid outs such as courier fees.
7. Beverage Benefits:
Members will enjoy a fifteen percent (15%) on beverage at any one of the hotel restaurants. Not valid
during special promotion and happy hours.
8. Renewal Benefits:
Year four (4) or above renewal — Complimentary Night Stay OR Café on the 1st Buffet Dinner for
Two OR ToTT’s and Roof Terrace Weekday Business Set Lunch for Two Certificate.
9. Other Benefits:
a. 20% discount for a 90 minute massage or longer in our Wellness Centre.
b. 15% discount for beauty treatments such as waxing, facials or body treatments in our Wellness
Centre.
c. 10% discount for retail products in our Wellness Centre.
The membership card holder must be present throughout the meal to be entitled to the dining
benefits.
Members are welcome to settle their bill by credit card or cash. In condition the bill is settled by cash
or member’s invited guest, the members have to show their HKID in order to obtain their
membership benefit.
The member will receive 10% discount on all blackout dates. All certificates are not applicable on
these dates. For all special events and promotions please check with the restaurant manager at time
of reservation for validity of the membership. The Excelsior, Hong Kong reserves the right to change
the hours of operation, or close any resturant or bar without prior notice.
Black-out dates:
• Chinese New Year (day 1 and day 2 inclusive)
• Valentine’s Day & Day before (February 13-14)
• Mother’s Day & Day before
• Father’s Day & Day before
• China National Day (October 1)
• Christmas (December 24-25 inclusive)
