1. MPPT Midnight Solar Charge Controller
If the lead acid battery is disconnected, the charge controller would be reset.
Please enter the following parameters when charge controller is reset.
Battery Type: Flooded
Battery Absorb: 32.0 Volts 120 Mins
Battery Float: 27.8 Volts
Battery Equalize: 32.0 Volts
Input Function: Solar
The Charging Sequence is as follows as shown in the “Status” Screen.

Voltage reading between
23.0 volts – 30 volts

2. 2000w Pure Sine Inverter
Please switch off solar panels when using inverter, via the 3 circuit breakers.
If voltage is reading 27 volts or more, an alarm will sound. Simply turn off and on when voltage is
lower than 27 volts.
3. Globatt Lead Acid Deep Cycle Battries
Use a clear straw to check battery levels in each cell.
Simply insert the straw into the cell till it touches the lead plates. Press your thumb on the top of
the straw to prevent air from escaping. Lift up the straw and look at the electrolyte level. The
electrolyte level should be around 1.5 inches above the lead plates. Do not let the electrolyte levels
fall too low, exposing the lead plates to air, or permanent damage will occur. Checking once every
month is sufficient. Top up electrolyte with RO WATER ONLY. Ro water can be purchased easily for
1 baht per litre at RO Water Vending Machines all across Thailand.
