Job Title: Campaign Coordinator Reports To: Katie Linn, Executive Director and development consultant Hours and Term: Full-‐time, temporary position (10-‐month term) Job Summary We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Campaign Coordinator to join our entrepreneurial organization on a full-‐time, temporary basis for a 10-‐month limited term. The Campaign Coordinator will provide critical administrative and operational support to our independent fundraising consultant for a development campaign, running March through December 2015. The position calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others. Reports To Katie Linn, Executive Director of Exploit No More Consultant/Campaign Director for Exploit No More Responsibilities • Assist the Campaign Director in establishing, organizing, and maintaining the campaign office including equipment, communication and computer systems, and supplies. • Schedule, confirm, and track confidential meetings with influential community leaders • Learn and apply campaign procedures and methods • Maintain strict confidentiality of all campaign information, files, documents, and reports • Prepare for, record, track and follow-‐up on campaign leadership meetings • Manage and monitor travel arrangements • Manage internal constituent and donor management system • Arrange conference calls and perform other clerical functions • Perform all campaign clerical and communication functions • Serve as a liaison to Exploit No More’s church and community partners • Order and verify receipt of all necessary campaign materials Required Skills • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word • Adept with computer communications including internet searches and email • Proficiency in mail merge functions and mass mailings • Expert with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and constituent management systems • Precision in scheduling and tracking meetings • Commanding telephone skills to proactively schedule appointments with community leaders • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to schedule and coordinate meetings • Strong interpersonal skills, including a sensitivity to our mission • Excellent verbal, written communication, and proof-‐reading skills • Strong time management skills, follow-‐through and ability to manage others’ time • • • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations Ability to handle multiple projects and multi-‐task with ease Comfort with business professionals, community leaders and government officials Required Competencies • Enthusiastic team player with positive outlook and sense of possibility • Exceptional problem-‐solving skills, ability to work independently, and take initiative • Respectful demeanor and ability to relate to an audience of diverse people and personalities Required Experience • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in a fast-‐paced environment, preferably with a nonprofit or foundation • Bachelors Degree Compensation & Hours Salary, commensurate with experience Monday through Friday Weekends and evenings may be required on occasion Requirements/Other • Valid drivers license and daily access to reliable vehicle • Flexibility to work some nights and occasional weekends • Background and credit checks How to Apply Please email resume, cover letter, and salary requirements to Katie Linn at [email protected] with the subject line “Campaign Coordinator”
