Dear Avid Golfer,
We invite all golfers to enjoy a great day of Golf Monday May 11, 2015 at the
Hopewell Valley Golf Club. The Filipino American Association of Central New
Jersey has selected this pristine venue so you will have a great day. Space is
limited so reserve early, day includes lunch, unlimited range balls, Golf and cart
fees as well as dinner and silent auction immediately following the tournament.
Please fill out the form below with your golfing partners name and address
and phone number, mail the form and a check for the number of golfers on you
registration form. Donation for the day is $ 175.00 per Golfer includes Lunch and
Dinner, Green Fees, Carts and unlimited range balls. If you want to register as a
single do so. Cutoff date for registration is April 15, 2015
Registration starts at 10:00 am with a shot gun start at 11:30 AM
