If a student is unable to complete a summer course by their designated
enrollment end date, an extension on the enrollment period may be
purchased.
• Extensions are granted based on the discretion of the Student
Services Department.
• Extensions may also be required for work submitted in bulk near
the end of the enrollment in order to accommodate grading time.
• Extensions must be purchased within one month of the enrollment
end date.
The Student Services Department will examine the student’s progress in
all summer courses to determine the level of extension required for the
student to complete the remaining coursework.
Extensions for Summer Courses Incomplete at the Enrollment End Date
One or Two Week Extensions—apply to semester and year-long summer courses
Summer Extension Pricing
• $50 per week, per High School course
• $25 per week, per K-8 course
If a student has not completed sufficient work in a summer course after a one or two week
extension, the student can fully re-enroll in that course. Re-enrollment requires course
tuition be paid in full but a student may pick up where he/she left off.
