Forwarders Debt Recovery Services (FDRS)

We collect debts owed to those in the freight forwarding community. Don't be cheated out of
your money ! Let FDRS see if we can be of assistance to you.


Our collection fee is 15% of only the actual monies collected. You only pay if we collect your
money. If there is no collection, there is no fee.

We work with more than 60 freight forwarding networks to offer additional savings for their
members. For a list of qualifying networks, please visit our home page at www.fdrs-ltd.com If
your association is not listed, contact them to contact us. There is no cost to the network, only
savings for you.

We list those who fail to pay their debts on our Delinquent Debtors warning list. To see our
current date full warning list, please click here To help minimise the risk of payment default,
always check our warning list.


Global Logistic Fund
 A new initiative from FDRS is the Global Logistic Fund.


Our aim is to provide a payment protection plan to protect transactions between network
members.

Critical Warning List – April 2015
The companies listed on the pages below, and/or their principal(s) :



Consistently default on payments to others, or have made repeated promises of payment
reconciliation only to repeatedly fail to honour their promises.
Those listed in red have more than three outstanding cases or have a long history of payment
default and/or of consistently defrauding those in the freight forwarding community.
These companies are flagged on our debtors warning list as 'High risk of payment default' or,
even worse still, as 'Very high risk of payment default - This debtor consistently does not pay
their debts'.
Unfortunately, this list just continues to grow.
Doing business with these companies, and/or their principal(s), constitutes a very great risk that you will
most likely not get paid.
There are currently more than 120 companies, and/or their principals, listed and we consider each to be
a very high risk of payment default. Simply, don't do business with them.
Please note – The Critical Warning List is prepared in addition to our standard warning list and is
current as at the date of this Newsletter.
To help avoid the risk of payment default, we recommend you always check our warning list before you
enter into any business with a new entity. Our warning list is updated, at minimum, twice weekly.
