Please inform your School Leadership Teams that they may use funds allocated to the team to pay conference registration fees ($50 per participant) for the UFT Spring Education Conference that will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2015. Please follow standard procedures for processing purchase orders as well as the steps below: In order to process the Purchase order, each person must fill out the coupon below. Conference Registration PO Deadline: March 27, 2015 Enclose $50 check payable to: UFT/Spring Conference and mail to: Denise Whitehead, UFT, 52 Broadway, 14th floor, New York, NY 10004 Please submit a separate coupon for each registrant. This coupon may be duplicated. Fill out clearly and completely so we may best accommodate you. Groups should submit forms together in one envelope.
