2015 Program Dates
*Please make checks payable to Newman Catholic Schools or NCS.
Reservations are complete when all required forms have been returned to NCS or NCECC: St. Therese with the required
registration fee. A registration confirmation letter or email will be sent to parents. Field trip fees (TBA) and activity fees
are due by Friday, June 5, 2015. Please call 715-355-5254 for more information
All collections are subject to the policies of Newman Catholic Schools. I agree to pay the tuition for the weeks and
times stated above. I understand tuition payments are due the FRIDAY before a scheduled week of care/camp. I
also understand tuition is not reduced or prorated due to non-attendance for family vacations, scheduled holidays,
or other student absences. NO allowance is made for make-up days. A LATE FEE of $6.00 PER DAY is assessed
for tuition not received by the Center or NCS on the due date (preceding Friday).

NCECC-St. Therese will be CLOSED August 17-21, 2015.
Registration Fee
$35.00
The registration fee is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable. Early registration is
encouraged and SPACE IS LIMITED.
EARLY REGISTRATON BONUS!! – Register for $20.00 per student by May 1, 2015
Swim Fee
Campers swim at the Rothschild Aquatic Center as weather permits. The center uses a 15-swim
punch card at a cost of $45.00 per child. Families who have a season pass will not be required to
pay this fee. All students are required to purchase a camp issued swim shirt at a cost of $8.00.

Required gear: Campers are expected to have a swim suit, school issued swim shirt, and towel at
the center each day of attendance. Our swimming schedule is flexible due to the weather.
Swimming shoes are also recommended.
Field Trip Fees
Varies by
activity
Field trips are one of the highlights of the Summer Adventure Camp! Students and teachers
participate in activities around the Wausau area and other Wisconsin locations. Some trips are
weather dependent and may or may not be rescheduled. Field trips require additional fees and
costs range from $4.00 - $19.00 per week. Trips vary in cost. All field trip fees are due Friday,
June 5, 2015.
Full-time students BONUS! Field trip fees are included for students enrolled full-time for 6 or
more weeks.
