FSPA Hospitality Suite - open every evening and an even larger suite than last year. It is “networking central”. Meet
here and get some refreshment - Susan has promised to bartend again this year! Pick up your registration packets or get
help downloading the conference app (yes, we have a conference app!) and find your friends!
Golf Tournament (Optional Event) - Thursday June 11th at The Quarry Golf Club - meet for 6:45 AM breakfast at the
hotel, then take the 7:30 AM bus to the golf course for an 9:00 AM shotgun start. (The start time was moved an hour later
at your request.). The front nine plays in a links-style format with rolling hills while the back nine is built in a 100-year-old
quarry pit with elevated tee boxes so even your shots will fly over large expanses. Lunch & prizes at the course.
New Members, Non-Golfers & Spouses Gathering - Thursday June 11th 9 AM - 11 AM. Every attendee is welcome to
get coffee, enjoy a continental breakfast and visit with friends in our FSPA suite.
Welcome to San Antonio Tour (Optional Event) - Thursday June 11th at 10 AM. As you requested - we have set up a
“Welcome to San Antonio” sight-seeing tour. The bus will pick you up outside the hotel lobby for a tour that includes a 30
minute tour of the Alamo, bus tour of the downtown sites, a 45 minute tour of Mission San Jose and a Tex-Mex lunch at
the Market Square before returning back to the hotel by 2 PM. Get to actually see San Antonio & learn about its history!
Social Media Open Discussion - Thursday June 11th 3 PM - 5 PM. Come share your social media strategies, issues
and successes.
Off-Site Event - Thursday June 11th at 7 PM - 10 PM. Dinner by the famous Don Strange of Texas (BBQ buffet including
their famous double-fudge brownies for dessert) at the Buckhorn Saloon & Museum. Its like stepping into the old west
when you walk in - so git your cowboy hat & boots on and get ready to party! With a 3 hour open bar - hee haw!
Business Meeting & Featured Speaker - Friday, June 12th 9:00 AM - 12:15 PM. The FSPA Business meeting starts at
9:00 AM. Come share your thoughts & vote on new items. Immediately following is our featured speaker presentation by
Rick Farrell of Tangent Knowledge. In a format suggested by the members, Rick will help you with your toughest issues.
Be a part of this focused discussion on tough business problems. “Help me, Rick!”
Roundtable Sessions - Friday, June 12th starting at 1:30. Six different roundtables are planned so that you have a
choice each hour of two diverse topics. FSPA-member subject matter experts & Rick Farrell will be session leaders. You
can plan your own agenda - another great idea from FSPA members.
Manufacturers’ Showcase - Saturday June 13th 9 AM - 3:30 PM. The premier event of the conference. Come see the
newest technology and the updates to traditional products offered by our great line-up of exhibitors. More than 6 hours of
dedicated time to find out what is happening in our industry right now and what the trends are for the future.
Spouse’s Tour (Optional Event) - Saturday June 13th 9 AM - 2 PM. The tour bus will depart the lobby at 9 AM. A quick
stop at the Alamo and the Menger Hotel will be followed by a tour of the Villa Finale in the historic King William district, a
tour of Mission San Jose, and lunch at the Blue Star Art complex with time for viewing the art collections and for shopping.
This tour has only the Alamo & Mission San Jose as duplicates of the “Welcome” tour, planned in case you do both.
Reception & Banquet: - Saturday June 13th 6:30 PM -10:00 PM. The final party of the conference. Filled with food,
hospitality and an incredible number of prizes - vendor raffle prizes, cash prizes, Waterford, and the FSPA member
awards. One last event to enjoy the fun and friendship of FSPA members.
And the conference theme for San Antonio is “When you climb in the saddle, be ready for the ride”!

The following rules and regulations govern the Manufacturers Showcase on
Saturday, June 13, 2015
1.
An exhibitor must be a FSPA member in good standing.
2.
The Conference & Showcase are for FSPA members only. Customers of
either a manufacturer or dealer are not to be brought into the Showcase
at any time without a Showcase Registration badge.
3.
A member cannot hold any private reception or activity concurrent with
any FSPA conference activity that has not been approved by association
management.
4.
Any exhibitor failing to pay for their booth with their reservation may
have the booth reassigned. Any exhibitor who fails to occupy the space
contracted for is not relieved of the obligation of paying for the space at
contracted price. FSPA has the right to reassign or make other use of
said space.
5.
Booth Registration Fees - Each BOOTH is $1250.00. Each 8'x10' booth
includes pipe and drape, ID sign, one chair, one wastebasket and a 6'
skirted table.
There is a special height loading dock and there is a
small freight elevator. Contact Shepard for off-loading
freight details. It is recommended that you ship to the
advance receiving warehouse.
Note: A booth registration includes one complete registration for all
events (excludes optional events such as golf and the tours).
Additional employees working in the booth will be charged $125 per person
which will include the morning continental breakfast and the afternoon
boxed luncheon in the Manufacturers Showcase.
Exhibitor Kits will be provided by Shepard Exposition
Services approximately 45 to 60 days prior to the show.
These kits will be sent via email to main booth contact
who made the reservation.
Please provide the name of the individual who will receive the full
registration included with the booth reservation. Please provide the
name(s) of any additional company members who will be working the
booth at a cost of $125 each.
Early Registration provided to Exhibitors utilizing three
(3) or more booths as well as to the Showcase Sponsor.
Manufacturers Classes

Note: If a 2nd or 3rd booth attendee has a full conference registration
then the $125 fee will not apply. Again, please submit the names of any/all
booth attendees with your booth payment.
7.
Non-Exhibiting, Participating Manufacturers Fee:
A non-exhibiting, participating manufacturer cost is $750.00.
This fee includes one full conference registration with access to the
Manufacturers Showcase; excludes golf and tours.
8.
NOTE: *New manufacturer members, if attending for the first time are
granted a one-time Non-Exhibiting exemption.
9.
Payments: All booth and registration payments are to be made to FSPA
and not to any other entity.
10.
All paid Exhibitors agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations of this
contract. FSPA assumes no responsibility or liability, whatsoever, for
any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to any person or property
because of any act of default of any hotel or exhibit services company
or person engaged in rendering any such services. The Exhibitors shall
be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by
the Wyndham, its owners or managers, which results from any act of
omission of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold
harmless the Wyndham, its owners, managers, officers or directors,
agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from any damages or
charges resulting from Exhibitor's use of the property. Exhibitor's
liability shall include all losses, costs, damages or expenses arising from
or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other
occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its
agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of
Exhibitor's occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, the hotel or

These classes are scheduled so as not to conflict with any other
conference activity and are offered on a "first come, first served"
basis. The fee to present a class is $450.00.
A continental breakfast is provided to all attendees at all class
sessions.
Presenters: You must provide your own computer(s) and/or LCD
projector(s).
Invitations to these sessions can be included in conference packets
if provided to FSPA prior to May 15, 2015
In addition, e-mails of all conference registration attendees will be
provided to all exhibitors and those conducting classes beginning at
least 4 weeks prior to the conference.

Planning your ground transportation from San Antonio airport to the hotel?
It is approximately 9 miles from the airport to the hotel. There is an airport shuttle ‘GO Airport
Shuttle’ that runs from 7 AM to 1 AM daily to downtown hotels every 15 minutes. Tickets can
be bought at the baggage claim area or at www.goairportshuttle.com or 210-281-9900.
Current rates are $19 one-way or $34 roundtrip. A taxi from the airport to the Wyndham will
cost around $25.00 - fares are charged by vehicle, not passenger, if you are sharing a ride.

Some FSPA members may remember this hotel property from our 2006 Conference. It was the
Crowne Plaza then. The hotel was recently converted to a Wyndham with extensive renovations and
newly decorated guest rooms.
Hotel Area Information
The hotel sits adjacent to the San Antonio Riverwalk, a network of walkways tracing the San Antonio
River as it winds throught the city. The Riverwalk or “Paseo del Rio” in Spanish, is a full story below
street level with lots of dining and shopping options. When you are ready to head back, hop on a
river taxi which will bring you to the steps to the hotel patio.
Rio Taxi’s follow a circular route and stop at every of the 39 stops along the way. You will see a “Rio
Taxi” sign on the front and a checkered flag on the back of each boat. There are tour boats that look
very similar so make sure to look for the Rio Taxi markings. Buy your tickets on board or at a Rio
Taxi booth. Current prices are One Way: $5.00, 24-Hour Pass: $10.00, 3-Day Pass: $25.00. For more

Please make sure you take the time to ride a river taxi at least one evening - the view of the city lights
from the river is enchanting!
