LUXURY VINYL PLANK FLOORING
LIMITED WARRANTY
To keep the lasting shine and fresh look of your investment for as long as possible we
recommend that you:
Do
Wipe up spills as soon as possible.
Never use highly abrasive scrubbing tools on your floor.
Sweep your floor weekly.
Wash your floor as required with 1 - 2 capfuls of unscented soap-less ammonia in a gallon
of water.
Apply only high quality floor dressing if desired to increase lustre level.
Don’t
Use detergents, abrasive cleaners or “mop and shine” products as they may leave a dull
film.
Use paste wax or solvent based polishes.
Use rolling casters such as shepherd casters as they may damage the floor.
Use a beater bar when vacuuming because it can visibly damage the surface of the floor.
Use highly abrasive scrubbing tools.
Proactive protection for your floor When moving appliances or heavy furniture, lay plywood or panel on your floor and walk
the item across it. This will protect against potential scuff and damage.
Use floor protectors on furniture to reduce indentations,. As a rule of thumb heavier items
require the wide protectors.
Use caution with rolling caters. They can and will damage the floor. Check installation
and maintenance information for clarification for what is and what’s not acceptable.
Do not walk on the floor with stiletto heeled shoes or other sharp shoes as they will
damage the floor.
Always use walk off mats at outside entrances in order to reduce the amount of dirt
brought into the home. We do not recommend the use of rubber, latex or coco mats as
they can permanently stain your floor. We suggest the use of non-staining vinyl back mats
or woven rug that is colorfast and identified as such by the manufacture.
Use only floor care products that have been specifically developed to care for your floor
from a local flooring dealer.
Immediately after installation
Maintain a minimum room temperature of between; 65 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit or 18.5 to
29.5 Celsius for 48 hours after the installation is completed.
We recommend that you do not scrub or wash your floor for 5 days.

Note: All claims for product must be reported to FUZION FLOORING through the original dealer and must be accompanied by a
copy of the original invoice received from the authorized dealer only. Upon acceptance of the claim FUZION FLOORING will
supply new material only of the same or similar grade sufficient to repair or replace the defective material excluding any labour
and additional charges. Any request labor charges may be considered in certain circumstances by FUZION FLOORING but only
upon written prior approval of FUZION FLOORING and subject to FUZION FLOORING’s approved labor rates. FUZION
FLOORING will not under any circumstance pay for any inconvenience, loss of time or the removal and/or replacement of;
baseboards, furniture, equipment..
All product warranties will be prorated as follows: 1st t to 3rd year no deduction for use; all other years the products will be
prorated on allocation based on the products residential or commercial warranty timeline. For a limited lifetime residential
warranty the warranty shall be limited to 30 years.
What is not covered under this Warranty:
• Damage caused by fire, flooding or intentional abuse.
• Damage caused by vacuum cleaner beater bar, caster wheels and cutting from sharp objects.

When vacuuming we recommend using the wand attachment on your vacuum
Because rolling casters can damage the floor we do not recommend them unless the use of proper chair pads are used in
a business environment.
Loss of gloss / scratching
If some dulling occurs over time, depending on the amount of traffic, care and maintenance the floor receives
should restore the floor’s shine using a low gloss floor finish.
Minor color; shade or texture variations between samples or printed color photography and the actual material.
Floors that are not grade as 1st grade.
Floors that are installed other than owner-occupied or tenant occupied residences. Except products that are noted as
warranted for light, medium or heavy commercial).
Construction or installation related damage.
Floors discolored from moisture or underlayment panels after having been repaired or replaced one time by FUZION
FLOORING.
Floors damaged by excessive moisture from sources such as flooding.
Installation defects and installations not using the recommended adhesive or other products.
Damage caused by abuse such as moving heavy furniture, appliances across the floor without adequate protection.
When moving appliances or heavy furniture, lay a plywood panel on your floor and “walk” the item across it. This
protects your floor from scuffing and tears.
What is excluded from this warranty?
Fuzion Flooring excludes and will not pay incidental or consequential damages under this warranty. By this we mean any loss,
expense or damage other than to the flooring itself that may result from a defect in the flooring. NO implied warranties extend
beyond the terms of this written warranty.
Please note: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to
jurisdiction.
We recommend using floor protectors. As a general rule of thumb, the heavier the item, the wider the floor protector should be.
Never walk on the flooring with stiletto heeled shoes or similar products.
Wear through is defined as loss of the floor design due to normal household or normal commercial use.
We want you to be happy with your FUZION FLOORING premium luxury vinyl products.
If you are not, please contact your retail store. They can answer most of your questions and if necessary, start to process your
concern with us.
Please keep your original receipt in order to verify date and proof of purchase in order to resolve any issues.
Fuzion Flooring will not consider any complaints without the receipt of a copy of your original invoice from your retailer.
This warranty is valid to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
