We are happy to discuss the rates for room hire with you upon application.
S H O W R OO M
A 25% deposit of the full amount payable is required on confirmation of your booking. The remainder of the balance is to be paid 7 days
prior to the function. In the event of a cancellation of a function, the deposit is non refundable, however, should the date of the function be rebooked with a function of a similar nature we will refund 50% of your deposit. This will be payable the week after the function has occurred.

Payment must be received in full at the time of booking. If you cancel within 7 days of your booking you will forfeit your payment in full.
However should the date of your function be re-booked with a function of a similar nature we will refund 50% of your full payment. This will
be payable the week after the function has occurred.
FOO D & B E V E R AGE
Final numbers and menu selections are required 7 days prior to your event. This number will be the minimum you will be charged for. An
increase in numbers will be charged accordingly and could result in menu changes.
The GH Hotel has the right to change any part of the agreed upon menu/menus at any time. This is according to wine vintage changes and
seasonal produce.
PA Y M ENT
Show Room - Final payment to the GH Hotel, based on confirmed numbers can be done in the form of direct deposit, cash, bank cheque or
card 7 days prior to your function. Blue Room, Black Room, VIP & Balcony functions must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
At the commencement of your function, a credit card and drivers license is required to be held behind the bar. At the completion of your
function we will debit the remainder of any balance owing.
* Please note that further deposit monies may be required for any Audiovisual or entertainment requirements.
GENE R A L
It is the function organiser & signatories responsibility for any repairs or replacement costs caused by any person or client outworker for the
event. The GH Hotel does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to client’s property before, during or after the event.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or discontinue service of alcohol to any intoxicated persons in compliance with the responsible
service of alcohol guidelines.
