MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT/WAIVER FOR VOLUNTEER PHOTOGRAPHER
I, the undersigned Volunteer, desire to work as a Volunteer Photographer for TrueNorth Guerilla Race Inc.
(URBAN Guerilla Race 2015) on April 12, 2015 at Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center and that I
shall engage in the activities related to being a volunteer photographer.
I hereby voluntarily, execute this Volunteer Waiver under the following terms:
I, the Volunteer, release and hold harmless TN Guerilla Race Inc. and its successors and assigns from any
and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or
may hereafter arise from my volunteer work with the company.
I, the Volunteer, clearly understand that I shall give all my photographic shots during the event to TNGuerilla Race. I also fully understand that I shall/may not use those photos on entering any photography
contests as it is the sole property of TN-Guerilla Race Inc.
I expressly agree that if by any chance, I would like to post my shots on the internet or use it in any forms;
it should have the watermark of TN-Guerilla Race Inc.
I understand that this Waiver discharges the company from any liability or claim that I, the Volunteer, may
have against TN-Guerilla Race Inc. with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property
damage that may result from my participation on the company’s event. I also fully understand that the
company does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial assistance or other
assistance, including but not limited to medical, health or disability insurance, in the event of injury,
illness, death or property damage.
I understand that my time with TN-Guerilla Race Inc. may include various activities that may be
hazardous to me and I hereby expressly and specifically assume the risk of injury or harm in these activities
and release the company from all liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from the
activities of my time with the company.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY
UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT,
AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
