Parking
There is paid parking lots and parking on the streets around the venue on Friday. On Saturday and Sunday
parking on the street and some lots are free.

Friday, April 24th – WAG & MAG: 7:30 am start Flight # 1, 2, 3 & 4
Saturday, April 25th – MAG & WAG: 8.00 am start Flight # 5 & 6
Athlete Banquet and Dance:
This will take place at the Hilton from 6:30pm to 11:30pm. Provinces must provide a minimum of 2 chaperones.
Coaches and Judges Social:
This will take place at the St. John Ale House, a 3-minute walk from the Hotel, starting at 7pm. A meal will be
served. We request that provinces let us know if any coaches or judges will not be attending the social.
Opening Ceremonies:
We will be holding opening ceremonies at Friday 10:50am and request that each province submit one male
and one female name to represent their province and to state the athlete oath with the athlete’s representatives
from all the provinces.
Technical Meeting:
Will be held on Thursday evening at 8pm in the Montague Room, at the Trade and Convention Centre.
