INSTRUCTIONS
All selections are subject to the fulfillment of the following
documents.
1. Xerox copy of date of birth certificate.
2.
Original School Leaving Certificate, it should be counter signed
by CBSE or equivalent authority & Xerox copy of
Report Card.
3.
Both the parents should be present at the time of admission.
4.
The Fee is to be deposited in the Accounts Office from 9:00
a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
5.
Last date for depositing the fee is March 30, 2015. In case you
fail to do so, the selection of your ward stands cancelled.
6.
Waiting list candidates may contact the Accounts Office on
March 31, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon.
7.
Payment through CHEQUE only.
8.
In case your child wishes to avail transport, the Transport
Facility Form can be collected from the office between 9:00 a.m.
