There is nothing else to buy and nothing else is recommended. There will also be a supplement entitled “Supplemental Pennsylvania Materials on Conflict of Laws,” which I am currently updating due to some recent important developments. It will be available to download from TWEN. We won’t need it for a while. For the first day I will talk a bit and give some history of Conflicts and Conflicts theory and then go into the following cases: Alabama Great Southern RR; Milliken; Barrie’s Estate; White. All other reading assignments will be posted on TWEN. For the near future we are going straight through the book, so feel free to read ahead for Thursday. I have created the TWEN page and it is accessible, so go ahead and sign up for it. There is little to no content at this point but I will be adding content as we go. Same for the introduction to the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct. 4.
