In a ceremony coordinated by the Colonial Dames of America, America's historical and
revolutionary associations, together with representatives of the Rochambeau and
Lafayette families, will lay wreaths on the statues of Maréchal Rochambeau and Gerard
de Lafayette in Lafayette Square. The guns from Arlington cemetery will commence the
