Procurement Letter

Dear Friend,
Holy Family Parish School in Kirkland, Washington is excited to be celebrating our 31st annual
silent and live auction, with this year’s theme being, A Hole in One “Fore” HFK. Our event will take
place on Saturday, April 25, 2015! This annual spring auction serves as the major fund-raiser each
year for our school, raising in excess of $250,000. We are very excited for this year’s golf themed
auction.
For over 55 years, Holy Family Parish School has been providing excellence in education for
kindergarten through eighth grade children. Our mission is successful in large part through
the generous support of local businesses, such as yours, and community partners. Funds raised
through our annual auction have significantly contributed to the school’s operating budget,
provided multiple school wide advanced technology enhancements, supplied necessary updates
to the core curriculum, created studio space for our art classes, invested in school security
upgrades, and most importantly provided tuition assistance to school families in need.
With your help, we can continue to support the current 250 + children who attend our school and
future students in years to come.
We are kindly seeking donations, including merchandise and gift certificates for products or
services, to include in our silent and live auctions. Please note that our deadline for donations
received is March 6, 2015.
In return for your generous donation we will:
• promote your business to our school parents as well as our 1800+ parish families
• market your product to the 350+ auction attendees
• highlight your business and donation in our weekly newsletter
• display your business name along with your item or certificate both on our auction website
and at the auction
• provide additional recognition in our auction catalog sent to all attendees and parents of
our students
To participate, please fill out the enclosed form and return it with your item to Holy Family Parish
School or contact the school at (425) 827-0444 to arrange pickup. If you would like information

there are many organizations reaching out for fund-raising events and we are thankful you have
