The water fit class that gets your heart rate up
and gives you all the moves you need to keep
it there. 30 minutes of cardio, then 30 minutes
of toning, strengthening, and conditioning.
(Swimming skill not required)
Master Swim Program (TTH 5:30-6:30AM)
High intensity, lap swimming
Want an intense water workout? Training for a
triathlon? Join us and improve upon your stroke
technique and start the morning off right with
this high intensity workout!
H20 Feeling Fit (MWF 9:00-10:00AM)
Low-Medium intensity, shallow water
Beginner level class that gets you on your
way to a stronger, fitter you. (Swimming
skills not required)
Aqua Masters (TTH 8:00-9:00AM)
Medium to high intensity, deep and shallow water
Take charge, be in charge. Become a master in the
pool. (Swimming skills helpful, but not required)
Water Works (MWF 10:00-11:00AM)
Low intensity, shallow water
This is for you because water works when
you have some aches and pains. (Swimming
skills not required)
Liquid Toning (SAT 8:00-9:00AM)
Low to medium intensity, shallow water
Getting you ready for an active weekend. Tone,
tighten, and be on your way! (Swimming skills
not required)
Aquabilt (MTH 6:00-7:00 PM)
Low to medium intensity, shallow water
Build endurance and stamina! Tone and condition!
Then stretch, relax, and relieve the stress of the
day. (Swimming skills not required)
