stroke technique and skills. MAXIMUM of 4 swimmers in a lane.

Tuesday – 7th April – Frontcrawl starts & stroke technique
Wednesday – 8th April – Breaststroke starts & stroke technique
Thursday – 9th April – Backstroke starts & stroke technique
Friday – 10th April – Competitive Starts & Turns
Hoddesdon Swimming Club coaches are qualified at ASA UKCC Level 3 and have
experience coaching swimmers to National and International Level. The
progressive drills the coaching team use will build your stroke technique, and with
this greater understanding your strokes and skills will improve. By using video
stroke analysis the coaches will be able to give you feedback on your technique
and reinforce your learning.
