10 am – 1 pm Registration ends at 1:00 pm. Please be prepared to wait.
Staff attorneys and trained volunteers will assist eligible applicants in completing
citizenship applications
$40 ($30 fee + $10 for pictures). We do not accept personal checks.
•“Green card”/Legal Permanent Resident card (I-551)
•All passports—current and expired since you became a legal permanent resident (LPR);
•Dates and addresses for the last 5 years for all places where you have worked, lived, and studied.
Biographical Information for current spouse: Birth & marriage date, green card, current address and name of employer. Information for former spouses such as full legal name, immigration status at the end of marriage, place &
date of birth, marriage & divorce date. Please note: if your spouse is a naturalized citizen of the US, please also bring a copy of the
naturalization certificate.
Biographical Information for all of your former spouses AND all of your current spouse’s prior spouses: Full
legal name, immigration status at the end of marriage, place & date of birth, marriage & divorce date.
If parents are US citizens, please bring your parent’s birth and marriage date.
•Biographical information for all children (including adult, adopted or deceased): Place & date of birth, green
card & current address.
•A personal check or money order payable to “US Department of Homeland Security” for $680.
 All records from Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) (tickets, DUI, license suspension, etc).
 Court Dispositions, in the event that you ever been arrested for any type of charges (if you do not bring these documents with you, we won’t be able to assist you).
Depending on the seriousness of your criminal charges Hogar Immigrant Services reserves the right to decide whether to represent you.

At the time you apply you must have a good understanding of English and be able to converse
at an intermediate level.

Fechas y direcciones por los últimos cinco (5) años de los lugares donde Ud. ha vivido, trabajado y estudiado.
Información biográfica de tu actual cónyuge: Fecha de nacimiento y matrimonio, Green card, dirección y nombre del empleador
actual. Información de todos los ex –cónyuges como nombre legal, estatus de migración cuando termino el matrimonio, fecha y lugar
de nacimiento, fecha de matrimonio y divorcio. Por favor note: si su cónyuge es un ciudadano(a) naturalizado de los Estados Unidos
por favor traer copia de certificado.
Información biográfica de tu ex - cónyuge: Nombre legal, estatus de migración cuando termino el matrimonio, fecha y lugar de nacimiento, fecha de matrimonio y divorcio.
Si sus padres son ciudadanos de los EEUU traiga la fecha de nacimiento y de matrimonio de sus padres.
Información biográfica de todos los hijos (incluyendo adultos, adoptados o fallecidos): Fecha y lugar de nacimiento,
“Green Card” y dirección actual de residencia.
Un cheque personal o money order por $680 girado a la orden de “US Department of Homeland Security”
Su historial del departamento de vehículos motorizados (DMV) (multas, DUI, suspensión de licencia de conducir, etc).
Disposiciones de la corte, en caso que usted haya sido arrestado/a por cualquier cargo (si no trae consigo estos documentos no
se le atenderá).
