Please can HQIP clarify if
this refers only to staff
involved in audit work or
similar?
Please can you email the tender
documents for the National
Maternity and Perinatal Clinical
Audit?
3
1.1 (pg 3) and/or 1.7 (1) (pg4)
Is this national maternity and
perinatal audit a discrete audit
and how does it relate to
MBRRACE-UK and/or MNICORP? Does it include
responsibility for the
management of these two? If
not, how does the new audit
relate to these initiatives?
4
1.4.1 (pg 19) Please confirm the
nature of the trade or
professional register to which
you refer.
Procurement documentation is available from:
http://www.hqip.org.uk/procurement/
The deadline for submission of the completed PQQ is 12
noon on Thursday 14th May 2015 and must be submitted
via [email protected]
If you have any further queries, please email them to this
address also.
The National Maternity and Perinatal Audit will be a stand
alone audit and does not include responsibility for the
Maternal, Newborn and Infant Clinical Outcome Review
Programme which has its own contract and is currently
provided by MBRRACE-UK. However, it is anticipated that
the service providers for The National Maternity and
Perinatal Audit and the Maternal, Newborn and Infant
Clinical Outcome Review Programme will seek to adopt
close collaborative working arrangements as there will be
a number of areas of joint interest and mutual benefit. In
particular the ‘sprint audits’ which will focus on patient
safety events would be informed by the outputs of the
Maternal, Newborn and Infant Clinical Outcome Review
Programme .
If applicable, the economic operator may be requested to
provide a certificate from the Registrar of Companies
stating that he is certified as incorporated or registered
or, where he is not so certified, a certificate stating that
the person concerned has declared on oath that he is
engaged in the profession in a specific place under a given
business name.
5
3.1-3.8 (pg 7) Please could you
confirm the desired method of
PQQ submission? 3.1 suggests
that the submission should be
via email whereas 3.3 describes
attributes of a hard copy.
6
Please clarify that the PQQ
submission date is 14/05/2015
@ noon.
With regards to Financial
Information will a Dun and
Bradstreet report suffice?
The introductory section of the PQQ, Paragraph 1.5 on page
3, confirms that ‘HQIP is using [email protected]
to conduct the procurement process. All communications
(including submission of PQQ responses) should be carried
out via the above email address.’ There is a further
reference to this email address in Paragraph 3.1, Page 7
entitled INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS – Formalities for
submission of PQQ responses.
Completed PQQ electronic submissions for participation
must be received by HQIP as per the guidance by noon on
Thursday 14th May 2015 at the very latest. Please submit
via the [email protected] email address.
Regarding the second part of your question I can advise
that, in accordance with Q5.1 of the PQQ, HQIP will accept
alternative means of demonstrating financial status.
