AGREEM ENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER
In consideration of accepting this entry, I hereby intend to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors or administrators, waive any and all
rights and claim for damages I may have against the National Physique Committee of the USA, Inc., Iron Man Magazine, National Fitness
Productions, Creation Entertainment, City of Anaheim, Aramark, Anaheim Convention Center, all sponsors and vendors, their agents and/or
representatives, for any and all injuries suffered in connection with the Iron Man Naturally Championships and traveling to and from them.
I consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded by Iron Man Magazine, National Fitness Productions, and TheFitExpo Anaheim. My
participation constitutes my consent for the use of such photography, filming, and/or recording for any use, manner, and in any and all media
throughout the world in perpetuity. All photography, filming, and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by my participation.
I also agree to submit to a drug test for the use of anabolic steroids, growth hormone, clenbuterol and prescription diuretics within one
(1) year prior to this competition. I also understand that the polygraph test is the only testing method being utilized and that the testing
is performed randomly. I further agree that the results of the drug testing are final, should I be selected for testing. I also acknowledge
that competitors taking medically prescribed testosterone are not eligible to compete in this competition.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions
stated above.

ELIGIBILITY
This competition is open to all NPC registered athletes who meet the following requirements:
Possess a current NPC card (unregistered competitors may purchase cards for $120, valid thru Dec. 31, 2015 at SAT Check-ins).
Novice competitors who have not won any OVERALL TITLE (except Teens).
Masters Men competitors who have reached 40 or 50 years of age by day of the contest.
Masters Figure & Bikini competitors who have reached 35 or 45 years of age by day of the contest.
Crossovers are allowed within each category.
A SIGNATURE OF CONSENT BY THE PARENT/GUARDIAN IS REQUIRED FOR ANY COMPETITOR UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
Competitors may enter more than one division at an additional fee of $125 per class for each cross-over.
Competitors may change divisions at Check-in, however changes must be made before prejudging starts.

ALL BODYBUILDING & WOMEN’S PHYSIQUE COMPETITORS WILL PERFORM A 45-SECOND ROUTINE AT THE FINALS
POSING LIMIT Pre-judging will be based on NPC mandatory poses and turns. All Bodybuilders and Women’s Physique competitors will perform a 45 second posing routine
at the Finals. Please note all Bodybuilding and Women’s Physique competitors: there may be 45 second posing routines at Prejudging, depending
on the number of competitors; TBD the day of the 2015 NPC IRON MAN NATURALLY.

DRUG TESTING The NPC IRON MAN Magazine Naturally is a Team Universe National Qualifier. It is a drug-tested contest, with competitors required to be drug-free
one year from the date of the event. Random polygraph testing will be conducted on the day of the contest, Saturday, August 22, 2015. Testing will
be conducted for anabolic steroids, growth hormone, clenbuterol and prescription diuretics. ALL TEST RESULTS ARE FINAL. Competitors taking
medically prescribed testosterone are not eligible to compete in this competition.
MUSIC
All Bodybuilders and Women’s Physique competitors must provide a one-song CD for individual posing routines. MUST BRING CDs TO CHECK-IN;
LABEL WITH COMPETITOR’S NAME. NO FOUL OR OBSCENE LYRICS ALLOWED. Iron Man Magazine will not accept liability for music left
behind. General music will be provided during all Men’s Physique, Figure and Bikini competitors during mandatory poses and turns.
AWARDS
Awards will be given to competitors placing 1st through 5th place in each weight group or class. Trophies awarded to Overall winners. Overall trophies will be
presented if there is more than one weight or height group within a division.
