Precourt, U.S. Housing Consultants, LLC Note: Space is limited, first come-first served basis and class is limited to 25 students. Scott A. Precourt President & CEO Scott has extensive experience with property management, having served as a manager of a multitude of housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, HOME, CDBG, and Public Housing). In addition, Scott has performed housing inspections, capital needs assessments, and has also worked as a compliance trainer for agencies in many regions of the country.
