These are the charges that apply when you use your Intelico service from within Australia. The following charges
will be taken from your Monthly Call Allowance, when this value is used the charges will be applied to your
account in addition to your Minimum Monthly Charge. Charges also apply for usage that is not included as a

Using Your Service
Overseas
To view your usage information please visit www.intelico.com.au to register your account or log in,
alternatively you can call us on 1300 786 004.
Intelico services do not have international roaming automatically enabled. To enable these services please call
Customer Service on 1300 786 004. Please be aware that usage charges while overseas can be significantly
higher than usage charges within Australia.
Your Monthly Data Allowance does not include use while overseas. Overseas usage will be charged additional
to your Minimum Monthly Charge. For international roaming rates please call Customer Service on 1300 786 004.

All prices include GST. A delivery fee of $14.00 inc GST applies per SIM Card, allow 7-10 business days for delivery. 24
month contract applies. Included value is for standard national calls to landlines and mobiles, standard national
SMS and MMS and calls to 13/1300/1800 numbers from within Australia. Included SMS and data must also be used
within Australia only. Charges apply for excluded call types and call, SMS, MMS and data usage in excess of your
included value/allowance. Access to the Optus 3G network requires a 3G compatible handset, a 3G compatible
handset will allow access to the Optus 3G network only. An early exit fee of 50% of the Minimum Plan Charge
multiplied by the number of months remaining on the contract applies. Optus 4G and 3G coverage is subject to
