TAMUS has negotiated a Preferred Partnership agreement with The Hertz Corporation. As a Preferred supplier, Hertz has agreed to
provide the below listed rates.

Special Notes:

State of Texas – No drop fee for one-way rentals if rented and returned within the State of Texas.

Unlimited mileage in the U.S. if returned to the renting city.

For rentals not returned to the renting city (outside the State of Texas), the appropriate TAMUS Rate will apply plus a
one-way charge of $0.38 per mile driven

Two-hour grace period applies when returning vehicles – no extra charge for the first two-hours if the
vehicle is returned late

Minimum age to rent a vehicle for business travel is 18.

No additional charge for one-day rentals.

City surcharges may apply at locations outside of Texas.

Blackout periods - an additional $30 per day surcharge will apply during peak and/or holiday blackout periods for
economy through full size vehicles. Examples include (but are not limited to): Super Bowl, Indy 500, Daytona 500 and
Furniture Mart.

Special rates apply for the New York City Metro Tri-State Area.

The weekly rate is 5 times the daily rate; the monthly rate is 20 times the daily rate.

Guaranteed Availability – even in oversell situations a TAMUS renter is guaranteed that a car will be waiting upon arrival
as long as the reservation is confirmed at least 24 hours prior to arrival and a compact through full-size car is reserved.

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) – insurance that covers all damage to the rental vehicle is included in the TAMUS rate for
rentals in the U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii (exclusions apply for willful negligence).

Liability Protection Override – insurance that covers injury or damage to persons or property outside the rental vehicle is
included in the TAMUS rate for rentals in the U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii (exclusions apply for willful negligence).

Refueling – if Hertz refuels the vehicle, the charge will be $1.00 over the National Average.

Fee Waived Hertz #1 Club Gold memberships for all travelers
