While many manufacturers offer pistons which are not forged steel or do not have the latest skirt profile, Interstate-McBee is currently
stocking the current generation of piston design that features a true forged steel piston with improved skirt profile and oil plate
retention for durability in our ISX engine kits.
In addition to the forged pistons, each of these engine kits also include;
• Induction hardened Cylinder Liners containing proper bore surface finish
• Premium Piston Rings with the latest coatings for improved performance and oil control
• Interstate-McBee manufactured and assembled Gasket Sets
• Connecting Rod Bearings & Main Bearing Set

The M-1948124 stainless steel Exhaust Port Sleeve listed below is now available at Interstate-McBee. This rectangular flange sleeve
is common to the 3406C engine model and should be replaced when performing a top end or complete engine overhaul. This item
is not included in any gasket set, so Interstate-McBee has developed another Custom Hardware Kit and added it to our already
very popular Hardware Kits listed in the table below. Each kit contains Port Sleeves, Studs, Spacers, Bolts, Washers and Locknuts.
These “all in one” style kits add convenience in ordering and installation.

In response to customer demand, Interstate–McBee has added oversized main bearings for the popular
Navistar® 2004 - 2009 DT466E application. The larger bearings give you longer use and wear of the
crankshaft to hold off costly replacement of the crankshaft.

A-23538840 Injector Tube - Stainless Steel
The A-23538840 is a new Injector Tube and is a direct update from the
previous A-23533148 part number. This stainless steel Injector Tube is
for use on engines which utilize N3 injectors. You will need to order one
M-23533147 Tube Seal for each tube replaced to ensure proper fit and seal.
