Hosted by: IPCSA “Invitational” Intelligent Exchange 2015 Monday 1st June 2015, 15.30 – 18.00 hrs “Cremon”, Cremon 34, Hamburg, Germany The International Port Community Systems Association invites you to meet IPCSA members and to hear about the latest developments in Trade Facilitation, Port Community Systems and Single Window at an informal afternoon reception. The event, hosted by DAKOSY, the Port Community System of Hamburg, is by invitation only. Guests are invited to register at 15.30. At 16.00 hours, a short welcome will be given by Ulrich Wrage of DAKOSY and Alan Long of IPCSA. During the next couple of hours, there will be four 5-10 minute presentations covering current topics, leaving ample time and opportunity to meet, discuss and network with IPCSA members and participants from the international ports industry. About IPCSA The association and its members play a vital role in global trade facilitation; the electronic communications platforms provided by Port Community Systems ensure smooth transport and logistics operations at hundreds of sea ports, airports and inland ports. Today, IPCSA – formerly IPCSA – has 24 members from around the world and two Association Members, INCU and FONASBA. Our membership today operates in ports handling in excess of 100 million containers and 3 billion tonnes of cargo a year – statistics that show the growing importance and influence of Port Community Systems in supporting effective trade facilitation, IPCSA has now expanded to the point of having a strong global presence. ___________________________________________________________________ This event is by invitation only.
