2ND TANZANIA – ISRAEL BUSINESS AND INVESTMENT FORUM (TIBIF)
It is my pleasure to invite you to take part in the second Tanzania – Israel Business and Investment Forum to
be held from 18th to 20th May 2015 at the Kilimanjaro Kempinsky, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
The aim of the forum is to link Israel and Tanzanian businesses/projects, exploring areas of business and
investment cooperation, tapping the potential economic benefits, cementing the people-to people and
business-to-business ties as well as maintaining the steady development momentum of bilateral ties
through economic partnership.
The organizers of the forum are the Kingdom Leadership Network Tanzania (KLNT) together with the
Tanzania Private Sector Foundation (TPSF) and Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC) under the Prime
Minister’s Office. The forum is endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, the Israel Export and
International Cooperation Institute and the Foreign Trade Administration under the Ministry of Economy of
Israel.
The Forum will include key players from Government and Private Sector; working in the areas of
agriculture, Water Management and Irrigation, Information and Communication Technology, Energy,
Homeland Security and Transportation (Infrastructure) among others. The program of the event includes a
Business Seminar and Business-to-Business (B2B) Meetings with relevant companies; Tours to relevant
facilities including industries, factories, agribusiness, technology etc. An official delegation of about 20
companies from Israel in the HLS sector is participating in the event.
