We cordially invite you to be a sponsor of our second annual community Indiana University
Health Arnett Foundation 5K Walk/Run. The event will be held on Saturday, May 9 at IU
Health Arnett Hospital beginning at 9 am, before the IU Health Arnett Health and Safety
Fair. In 2014, our first ever 5K hosted over 100 runners and that number is expected to
grow in year two! Highlight your business as a generous community leader by sponsoring!
Your sponsorship will help us defray the cost of organizing this event and will provide all of
the needed conveniences to make this a special event for our participants from across the
area. Funds received will go to purchase the t-shirts, complimentary snacks and drinks and
the fee for timing of the race. All proceeds from the event will go towards the IU Health
Arnett Foundation. Our Foundation supports many needed areas within IU Health Arnett for
the benefit of our patients and community. As a public charity and supporting organization,
the IU Health Arnett Foundation exists to support and promote preeminent care by
connecting individuals and their philanthropic passion with needs focused on the IU Health
Arnett critical areas of care, education, research and service. Learn more about the

 Logos for shirts and signage will be printed in one color and should be
submitted in high resolution JPEG or EPS files. Most Photoshop and
Illustrator files can also be accepted.
 Logos for website should be submitted as 72 dpi JPEG and PNG files.
