Srinagar, the 29th May, 2015
SRO \ b!\. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(2) of section 3 of the Jammu and Kashmir Entry Tax on Goods Act,
2000, (Act No. IV of 2000), the Government hereby exempt from
payment of entry tax, leviable under the said Act, forty six items shown
in "Annexure" to this notification to be imported into the State by
Norway India Partnership Initiative and Public Health Foundation of
India, New Delhi free of cost for implementation
of Swasthya Slate
Project in high priority districts of the State. Provided that Director
NHM shall furnish a certificate to the effect that the items are meant
for the aforesaid prupose only.
