J&B Hartigan, Inc. (JBH) is a privately held, CVE certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned
Small Business (SDVOSB), we were founded in 2002 and incorporated in 2011, we are
headquartered in Carrollton, Virginia. JBH focuses primarily on federal, state, and local
government clients and their growing needs. JBH combines our deep industry experience with
government experts who have substantial knowledge of the inner workings of each client’s
organization. Our established leadership and program managers have the expertise to identify
and provide solutions within their fields, allowing us to provide dependable, cost-effective, and
sustainable solutions for a multitude of government agencies.
JBH provides a broad range of business and construction professional management services. Our
portfolio includes management consulting, program/project management and administration.
JBH is an experienced provider of construction, architecture and engineering design, and
acquisition support. As a professional services and information technology firm, we also provide
information security, training and business process engineering. JBH holds a Top Secret Facility
clearance.

Within our company we have experience with a variety of agencies, including, but not limited to,
the Veteran's Administration (VA), Military Health System (MHS), Department of the Air Force,
Department of Navy, City of Virginia Beach and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
We have provided services in the areas of Construction Management, Contract Support,

Construction and Secure Construction.
