INTRODUCTION
J-DRED INTEGRATED SERVICES LIMITED is an incorporated company in Nigeria
to operate three major line divisions to include; Operations in Liquefied Petroleum
Gas {LPG} retailing plant and gas, General Logistics Operations and industrial safety
management / equipment handling...
With its partnership affiliation with international firm, alongside it SON and DPR
approvals are in best position to provide the needed supports for the gas skids
systems and standard plants. The skids plants are designed to confirm with all
necessary regulation, standards, specification as applicable to all safety industrial
regulations.
Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Bottling plant for domestic use as cooking fuel is a
mixture of commercial butane and commercial propane having saturated and
unsaturated hydrocarbons. LPG is gaseous at normal atmospheric pressure, but
may be condensed to the liquid state at normal temperature, by the application of
moderate pressures. Although they are normally used as gases, they are stored and
transported as liquids under pressure for convenience and ease of handling. Liquid
LPG evaporates to produce about 250 times volume of gas. Thus, a large quantity of
energy can be packed, stored, transported and used in small containers. Most
commonly, LPG cylinders are available in compact 3 kg cylinders for rural, hilly and
inaccessible areas and 5 -12.5kg as well 14.2 kg cylinders for domestic use. For
commercial and industrial use, 25 kg and 47.5 kg cylinders are available. The plant
also comes in different designs such as skid or standard plants.

construction, Logistics and design companies at various capacities. He is a member of the

He is from India and our technical Director/Associate partner with over 25 year in tank and
equipment design. He is currently a Director in BNH GAS, INDIA. And now our associate
technical partner Nigeria.

From Egypt but work with an oil and gas design tank and equipment company in
Netherland. EUROPE. With over 20 years of oil and gas design, operations and installations.

operations, installation, safety and regulation, community relationship with a renowned

companies Director of Engineering.

A qualified computer Scientist. She holds a BSC in computer science from Ebonyi state
university. She is over five years of experience in office administration and human
resources. She worked with EBIMS & SONS as the Administration Manager (LAGOS) and
later joined Long-Hall Consulting as the Administrative Personnel in its Port Harcourt arm
and now the Business Director of Services J-Dred Integrated Services Limited.

We are partners with an international and local manufacturer for tanks and vessels
required for storage and transportation of various liquids and gases like LPG ,
Propane, Propylene, Ammonia, Liquid carbon dioxide, Chlorine , Hydrogen,
Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon, Sulphur Dioxide, Butadiene, Ethylene Oxide And Other
Gases , in a wide range of various capacities for use in domestic, industrial and
transportation sectors.
The manufacturing of these tanks requires special expertise , technology and strict
quality control measures .These tanks are manufactured confirming to various
design standards like ASME SECT VIII DIV I & II, AD- MERKBLATTER, PD5500,
IS2825 and under the stage wise inspection of various third party inspection
agencies like DNV, BVIS, TUV, LLOYDS ,PDIL and others.
We are current setting up a filling plant that will be designed to refill LPG for all the
customers in the southern state in Nigeria. It will source LPG from the nearest deport
of Petroleum Refineries and importers and transport it to our warehouse by road in
LPG tankers trucks under our haulage units.
The filling container could be equipped with one - three electronic filling machines to
fill 6kg, 12kg, and 25kg and 35kg cylinders. Two (2) machines will be used to fill the
6kg and 12kg cylinders and one (1) machine will be dedicated to the 25kg and 35kg
cylinders. The LPG storage will be composed of one (1) LPG tank with a geometrical
capacity of 10,000 Litres – 90,000 Litres.
The product will be a mix of propane and butane, therefore the design is made for
LPG with a maximum propane content of 30%. The equipment will be supplied from
India and will consist of LPG Pumps, piping and accessories, LPG connections and
components, explosion proof electrical fittings designed for use in machines in
hazardous areas, equipment under pressure viz LPG receivers and piping, etc. It is a
modern gas filling plant in western Kenya, with capacity of at least 3 cylinders per
minute with Bulk storage capacity of 259,200 cylinders within 24 hours.
The LPG plant includes LPG fractionation system, compressors, refrigeration
system, and hot oil heating system, mini LPG storage, power generators and other
supporting units.
HAULAGE/LOGISTICS

better mode of operation so as to minimize delays in time delivery.

gas cylinders are sometimes transported in inappropriate vehicles. Unfortunately,
this frequently results in severe incidents which have taken note of in our safety
policy
Positive Action
We teamed up with the European Industrial Gases Association (EIGA) to develop a
campaign aimed at addressing and reducing these risks for our customers. The
EIGA flyer explains the risks and tells you what measures you need to adopt to make
sure it never comes to an actual incident.
Again, gas is currently the most cost-efficient way of reducing greenhouse gas
emissions and other air pollution in all energy sectors. The 20-20-20 targets have

encouraged the EU to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, increase the market share
of renewable energy sources and achieve energy efficiency gains. The targets have
shown that energy and environment/climate policies are inseparable.
They have also shown that the sustainability criteria of security of supply,
competitiveness and environmental protection apply to both in the same way and
that closer coordination is necessary.
