‘Forget-Me-Not’ flower service
Ladies like receiving flowers on special occasions to feel that they are special, appreciated and most of all
loved. However, when you are busy at work and home, remembering all the important dates and then
organising the flowers can be a bit of a nightmare. How often have you run into a florist shop or
supermarket on the way home from work because, despite your best intentions, you left it all too late?
My new ‘Forget-Me-Not’ flower service by Jo Beth floral design takes all the stress out of organising flowers
because I do all the remembering and organising for you. You simply tell me your chosen special dates
and then I will contact you one week before each date to:

Ask if you have any preference on bouquet colour
 Confirm the delivery date and time
 Confirm your card message
I will then deliver a stunning bouquet of fresh flowers to your loved one, leaving you relaxed and ready to
reap the rewards of having remembered!
There are packages to suit all budgets and you can pay for a package in full or pay for your first bouquet
and then spread the remaining cost over a set number of months. (Please see T&Cs)
‘3 Times a Lady’ Package
A choice of 3 dates throughout a 12 month period
1 bouquet on each of the 3 dates and delivery within a 10 mile radius.
Can be for the same or different person each time
£30 first payment then £7.50 per month for 8 months (Special package)
£40 first payment then £10 per month for 8 months (Luxury package)
£50 first payment then £12.50 per month over 8 months (Extravagant package)
‘Just 4 You’ Package’
A choice of 4 dates throughout a 12 month period
A bouquet on each of the 4 dates and delivery within a 10 mile radius.
Can be for the same or different person each time
£30 first payment then £10 per month for 9 months (Special package)
£39 first payment then £13 per month for 9 months (Luxury package)
£49.50 first payment then £16.50 per months for 9 months (Extravagant package)

Forget Me Not Terms and Conditions
Payments




On signing up for Forget-Me-Not an upfront payment must be made to the equivalent price of the
first bouquet.
The upfront payment can be paid in cash, by card or by bank transfer with the remaining monthly
instalments paid by standing order to Jo Beth floral design Sort Code 20-25-85 Account Number
43704084 using the reference FMN and your surname.
If monthly payments are not made or stopped before the end of the payment term then the
remaining bouquets will not be delivered. The only money that will be refunded is any monthly
payments which have not been used against bouquets. These will be refunded upon the customer
supplying their bank sort code and account number.
If Jo Beth floral design is no longer able to provide the Forget-Me-Not service then all monies not
used against any bouquets will be refunded upon the customer supplying their bank sort code and
account number. You will be contacted should this occur.
Details
 By using the Forget-Me-Not service the customer is required to provide the following details:
 Name
 Contact telephone number
 Contact e mail number
 The 3 or 4 chosen dates on which they would like their bouquets delivering

Jo Beth floral design will contact you at least 1 week prior to each of your chosen dates to ask the
following details:
 Name of the recipient
 Date and time of delivery (am or pm)
 Delivery address
 Card message
 Colour theme of flowers
Delivery


If the recipient is not present during the delivery slot then Jo Beth floral design will leave the flowers
with a neighbour and post a card through the door. If this is not possible then the flowers will be
taken away and you will be contacted to arrange a different delivery time.
Delivery within a 10 mile radius is included in the package. Delivery outside of this radius can be
made with a small additional charge.

Whilst Jo Beth floral design is happy for you to choose the colour of your bouquet, flower choices
will be made by the florist using fresh seasonal flowers.
Any request for specific flowers may incur an additional charge.
