B.Sc Civil Engg. from a recognized University or an
equivalent qualification with 13 years experience of civil
works.
 Secondary School Examination.
 Overseer’s Diploma (1st Division) from Govt. School of
Engineering Rasul or equivalent.
 Two years practical experience.
 Secondary School Examination.
 Certificate of Draftsman from Govt. School of Engineering
Rasul or any recognized Institution.
 Matriculation from a recognized University or Board, and
 Diploma in accountancy from a recognized Commercial
Institute or three years experience of accounts work in a
Govt. or a Semi-Govt. Department or a University.
 Middle Pass
 Preference will be given to persons with higher education.
Subject to the satisfaction of appointing authority.

Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council as Professional Engineer is mandatory (for Sr. No. 1 only).
Preference shall be given to candidates having higher qualification and experience for all posts.
The Selection Board/Selection Committee will consider all applications received & when necessary interview
such candidates as it considers prime-facie most suitable for appointment. Selection Board’s/Selection
Committee’s decision in this regard shall be final.
Incomplete or applications received after the due date shall not be considered.
No T.A./D.A. will be paid for the interview.
Only short listed candidates will be called for interviews.
