both clients and crew members, and due to his dedication and attention to detail, the output
of his productions were of a very high standard.
Mr Marx takes the initiative to identify problems and devise solutions. His role required
strong communication skills, and he has shown that he not only has skills, but that he also
has the ability to inspire, respect and co-operate with teammates. He has shown that he is a
