Roll Call
The Board meeting was called to order by Board President, Cedric Floyd with the
following Board members answering Roll Call – Mr. Morgan, Mr. Johnson, Mr. St. Pierre, Mr.
Dale, Ms. Doucet, Mr. Bonura, Mrs. Denapolis-Bosarge
Ms. Bourgeois is absent.
Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance
The invocation and pledge of allegiance was led by Rev. Ricky Johnson, Board Member,
District II.
Approval of Bids related to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the renewal of Property
and Inland Marine Insurances that expires on April 1, 2015
Approval of Bids related to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the renewal of Property
and Inland Marine Insurances with Gaynell Martin Insurance that expires on April 1, 2015.
Moved by Mr. Floyd, seconded by Mr. St. Pierre
Voting was as follows:
YEAS: Mr. Bonura, Mr. Dale, Ms. Denapolis-Bosarge, Mr. Floyd, Mr. Johnson, Mr.
Morgan, Mr. St. Pierre
NAYS: None
ABSENT: Ms. Bourgeois
ABSTAIN: None
