KARIBU’S CONTRACT WITH NON IATA AGENCIES
This is a contract between ……………………………………………………. and Karibu Travels &
Tours ltd for the year 2014.
The Contract is valid for a period of 1 year ending 10th March 2014 and is subject for renewal upon
request and negotiation for the terms and conditions.
As per our communication we are pleased to extend to you the following rates.

Voiding charges are applicable since we are also charged by Bsp for voiding tickets(will apply
from the 6th ticket within the month)
All queued tickets must have filed fare and all necessary information.
Tickets to be voided should be communicated by mail to provide proof.
Terms of payment:
We shall expect payment before issuance of tickets in cash. Any conversions will be done at the
I.A.T.A rates. In case of credit sales you will be required to fill a credit facility form with us and
have to adhere to the terms.
