Food Vouchers are issued on
Guidelines:

Assistance is provided three (3) times
within a twelve month period .

Appointments are required so please
phone before presenting at the Centre.

Please provide 2 forms of identification
which must include a photo ID

Any bills must be in the name of the
person seeking Emergency Relief.
If we can’t assist, please ask us and we
can refer you to other appropriate
agencies.

Communicate with your service
provider for a payment plan or
extension on your bill.

Open an Energex Account and take
the Direct Debit option.

Car Registration - collect a form from
the newsagent to start a payment plan.
