Venue:
The Great Room at the Langham Hotel is New Zealand’s premier Ballroom. In keeping with this venue a smart/high
standard of dress is expected from dancers and spectators throughout the day and night.
The venue is fully air conditioned and all facilities are 5 star
Start Times:
Saturday Sunday -
doors open at 11.00am, 1st event at 12pm to 5.30pm
doors open at 6.15pm 1st event at 7pm to 11pm
doors open at 9.00am 1st event at 10.00 to 4.30pm
doors open at 5.45pm 1st event at 6.30pm to 10.30pm

Refreshments:
Cash bar and refreshments will be available throughout the day. No large food bags to be taken into the The Great
Room of the Langham Hotel.
Table Seating:
Tables hold a maximum of 11 people and offer the best view of the dancing. Table seats are booked and sold
individually, if you are part of a group that would like to be seated together please note this on your order form.
VIP Package: $320 (for entire weekend)
An extensive VIP package is available for the weekend and includes: 1 x Premium Table Seat for day and evening
(for both days), 1 x Complimentary VIP Gift Bag, 2 x Pro/Am one dance entry fee, or 1 x Pro/Am open multi dance
entry fee, 1 x Complimentary Souvenir Programme, 1 x Exclusive invitation to Friday Night Drinks to meet the
Adjudicators, Sponsors and Officials.
Recording Licence:
Electronic recording of the event, by laptop/ipad/phone/movie/video/DVD cameras of any description may be used
during the weekend subject to the purchase of an official Weekend Licence Card ($15) which can be purchased
with your ticket order or at the venue ticket sales table. The Licence Card must be visible near or on the camera at
all times.
