May is the month of remembrance. With Memorial Day at month end and Armed
Forces week celebrated this week there are many chances to show your support of
veterans past and present.
This Saturday, May 16th - Hal's H-D and The Harley-Davidson Museum, invite all
riders, all bikes to participate in the 12th Annual Support the Troops Ride! This is a free
parade ride to show our patriotism and gratitude to our veterans.
The ride stages here at Hal's Harley-Davidson. We will host a free pancake breakfast
from 9am to 10:30am (while it lasts). Any donations received will go to the Operation
Personal Freedom campaign to support the Wounded Warrior Project. Donate $5 or
more and receive your own Operation Personal Freedom sticker to support our
Nation's heroes.
The ride leaves Hal's at 11am and lands at the Harley-Davidson Museum for active
military displays, a wreath ceremony, the American Legion Band and more! Members
of the Military will also receive discounted admission tickets to the Museum.
Be sure to stop into the store before you depart to check out our Wounded Warrior
Project merchandise display. 10% of all sales from this product go directly to the
Wounded Warrior Project.
