Sealed offers are to be submitted to Kisan Ramchandra Auctioneers Pvt. Ltd., Pune on or before 08/04/2015 upto 4.00 p.m. alongwith
D.D./P.O. for EMD.
3)
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) - The bidder has to submit EMD stipulated for each item in this Tender by Demand Draft/ Pay Order of
Nationalized Bank only drawn in favour of GKN Sinter Metals Pvt. Ltd., Payable at Pune.
4)
After acceptance of offer, balance payment & lifting to be completed as per schedule given by GKN Sinter Metals Pvt. Ltd failing which EMD
amount would be forfeited.
5)
INCOME TAX @1% & SURCHARGE (2.5% or 10%) as applicable is payable by the bidder as per Sec. 206-C of the Income Tax Act. In Addition
Education Cess @ 3% will be levied on Income Tax Amount.
