Insurance: This tournament is insured by the Bob Leid Agency, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, the
leading wrestling/team sports insurer in the country. They specialize in wrestling. Policy is
available upon request. Send stamped self addressed envelope to the USGWA Director for a
copy.
Style: Folkstyle (high school style) rules. National Federation rules book will apply. HEADGEAR
MANDATORY, hair netting OPTIONAL for High School Division. Recommended, but not
required for K-8.
Entry Fee: $30.00 per wrestler if registered on trackwrestling by March 15th. $40 thereafter
until deadline closes on April 16, 2015 @ 11:59 PM CST. NO WALK UP REGISTRATION
Spectator Admission Fee: $7.00 for Adults ages 18-64. Senior Citizens 65 and older and
students ages 6 to 17, $5. Children under age 5 FREE.
Individual Awards: Medals to the TOP 6 placers in high school division, top 6 in elementary
division, top 6 in middle school age division.
Uniforms: You may wear the singlet of your choice., excluding high school singlets per
violation of your state association rules.
Weigh-In Attire: A singlet is the REQUIRED weigh-in attire.

FAQ In 2014
Q: Can My Child Wrestle In A Higher Age Group?
A: Child may go up an age group, but forfeits right to compete in lower division.
Q: What if my child is the only one in their weight class?
A: Child may accept gold medal as unopposed champion or move up an age
division to their same weight class. Weight allowance will not be given and child
will only receive medal for the weight class they wrestle in.

Wrestling Association, KBWP Inc., SA Inc. and the Napa Sheriff’s Activity League, and held
at the American Canyon High School of the Napa Valley Unified School District, Napa,
California, the undersigned participant, for herself, her successors, heirs,
assigns, executors, administrators, legal representatives, employees, agents, and affiliates,
forever releases and discharges the USGWA, and each of its officers, directors, employees,
agents, affiliates, from all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, suits, damages,
obligations, liabilities, causes of action and judgment whatsoever, in law or in equity, which
the participant has, had or ever will have, by reason of any matter, cause or thing
whatsoever arising out of participants’ participation or involvement in this event. The
participant agrees to and does hereby assume any and all risks of personal injury to the
participant, whatsoever, and damage to the participants' property, caused by or arising out
of participants involvement in this event.
