NCC Projektstudio is about collaboration enabled by colocation, where all the different actors involved are physically located in the same facility. The physical gathering enables both formal as well as informal communication and collaboration. Visual Management. Stimulate the communication between the client and the design team. Enough knowledge to make decisions. Fewer handovers. It is of highest priority that the architect, civil engineer and the owner is committing them self to the project at the collocated sessions. Lowered the take time Time for solving a problem has decreased from 8 weeks till in the best cases 1 day!
