Keith Miller President of Legacy ER & Urgent Care Keith Miller was named President of Legacy ER & Urgent Care in April 2015. He brings more than 24 years of executive leadership and operations experience which will be integral to the company’s growth plans. As Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer with Dental One Partners of Dallas, Mr. Miller spearheaded growth from 20 to 162 units in 13 states through mergers, denovos and acquisitions. He successfully merged two large dental service organizations, including complete system conversions, and was named Chief Operating Office of the larger combined operation. Mr. Miller’s experience comprises virtually every facet of multi-unit operations including human resources, construction, site selection, marketing, recruitment and training. He has a strong history of implementing programs to reduce expense and grow financial results. Through culture development centered on Servant Leadership, Mr. Miller has driven improvements in people, process and results. Nearly a decade in retail executive roles preceded Mr. Miller’s transition into healthcare. He led a grocery start-up as a subsidiary of Fleming, Inc. of Dallas, which was at the time the largest grocery wholesaler in the United States. As Director of Store Operations for Aldi, Inc. in Hinckley, Ohio, Miller steered his division to high growth in people, stores and profits. His career began with Aldi as a district manager upon completion of his B.B.A. in Marketing from Ohio University in 1992. Miller lives in Heath, Texas with his wife and teenage sons. He enjoys basketball, weight lifting and playing guitar.
