Concession Contract for the 2015 Lewis County Fair
The 2015 Lewis County Fair will be held July 15-18, 2015 at the WVU- Jackson’s Mill Airfield.
The cost for setup for the week is $200.00. Organizations wanting to provide concessions for the Fair
must pay this fee, and if the organization is not a non-profit organization, must make a donation to a
non-profit organization or to the Lewis County Fair Board. If a donation is made to a non-profit
organization other than the Lewis County Fair Board, a small sign signifying where the donation is to be
made must be affixed to the concession stand.
The Fair agrees to provide electric to run your concession stand. In the event of a power shortage, by
signing this agreement you agree to turn off your air conditioning and/or fans.
All concession stands must follow West Virginia Health Department Regulations.
Concession stands must be set up prior to the start of the 2015 Fair. There will be other vendors setting
up on the Sunday thru Tuesday prior to the Fair if this would be a convenient time for you. Concession
stands must be removed no later than noon on Sunday, July 19, 2015.
All concession stands must be open for business by 5:00pm each evening and by 11:00am on Saturday
and remain open until the close of the Fair each evening.
There will not be a soft drink truck at the Fair. You will have to purchase your soft drinks elsewhere. All
soft drinks sold at your concession stands must be Coke products. No Exceptions.
You will be allowed to transport food from your stand to various events. A second stand may be taken to
events, and must be set up on the airstrip. However, the main stand must remain open at all times.
