Club Meeting of Ring 198
The April meeting of The Thoroughbred Magic Guild
will give everyone a chance to demonstrate a trick or routine
they learned from a book or a magic magazine or a magic
lecture! We all attend lectures and read magic publications
so hopefully everyone will take part in the performance part
of the meeting.
Charlie Cheatham is a longtime club
member who always has a very entertaining
and informative performance/lecture for the
club. We were lucky to be able to schedule Charlie for our April meeting and we
will not be disappointed.
Coming Up in May
May club meeting moved to May 17th! Our regular
club meeting day falls on Mothers day in May. We
have moved the meeting date to the following
week…..May 17th. We will be hosting the Francis
Menotti lecture at our May meeting. See more details on page 2.

The best magic show in Louisville is back for
an eighth year! Mark your calendar to see The
Magic and the Wonder on May 17th,
2015 and join us at the Kentucky Center for
the Arts for a night that will blow your mind with
incredible illusions, the art of deception and
sleight of hand.
Tickets will be on sale April 1st at the Kentucky
Center Box Office or online. Proceeds benefit our Kosair Kids® and the Kids Center for
Pediatric Therapies.
