NATIONAL GYMNASTICS CONGRESS
This year our USA Gymnastics National Congress will be held in Indianapolis, IN. National
Congress provides educational seminars on a variety of topics in the sport. Sessions are taught
by nationally recognized professionals from all areas of gymnastics.
Kelly Michalek, Co-owner, Founder & Creator of LGA’s Pre-School Gymnastics Program has
been asked to present a Pre-School Session at Congress. She is very honored and proud to
have this wonderful opportunity. Our Pre-School Program this past winter broke enrollment goals
exceeding over 725 in our PS gymnastics program here at LGA. We are very well-known for
having one of the finest programs in the country. It will be an honor to teach other coaches
throughout the U.S.!!

WHAT’S UPCOMING IN OUR PS PROGRAM?
WEEK #5
All our Pre-School Students will receive stickers! Mark your calendars that this is the Week for Priority
Registration for our Summer classes. Summer Camp & Skill Clinics! (Mon. May 4 Priority Registration
Begins!)
WEEK #6 & # 7

Baby Stars & Parent & Stars will be receiving their YELLOW CARDS in the mail! They love to get their
mail!
WEEK #8

We will be CLOSED on Monday, May 25 for MEMORIAL DAY. This will be a make-up class for all
Monday students. Make sure to schedule your make-up with the Front Office.
WEEK #9
This is the week Little Stars receive their skill cards from their coaches. Kinder Stars (Boys & Girls) will
receive their certificates.
WEEK #10
All Students in our Pre-School Program will receive their end of the session ribbons. They are purple
(our LGA color) & the children are so proud of these!

This is also our special Spring Theme Week! (Mon. June 8 - Sat. June 13 )
It is called “UPTOWN FUNK”!! LGA Coaches & Kids will be getting “Funkadelic” so don’t miss out on
class this week! Guaranteed fun for all! Girls team will be performing their dance routines at 4:00 & 5:00
for all our Pre-School Students to watch. LGA will be in Spirit & getting their “Uptown Funk” on!
INFLATABLES WILL BE UP FOR END OF THE SESSION! DON’T FORGET TO REGISTER FOR
SUMMER!!
