Ringside gratefully acknowledges the vital role Officials play in conducting this tournament. Your participation is vital to
provide amateur boxers throughout the world, an opportunity to showcase their talents. With 6 rings, 2 sessions a day, 4
days of boxing & over 1500 boxers, you will gain officiating experience 2nd to none! We hope you will join us at this great
event, which provides amateur boxers an opportunity to compete in the World’s Largest Amateur Boxing Tournament!
Lunches, dinners and beverages are provided to Officials throughout the tournament.
We are working with hotels around the Events Center, to get the best room rates for your stay. We are also working to
identify a sponsor who will subsidize the cost of Officials’ rooms.
Level 1, 2 & 3 Official’s Clinics will be offered Tuesday, July 28th from 4pm to 8pm in the Event Center.
ALL LEVELS OF OFFICIALS ARE WELCOME. No referral is required from your LBC.
All Officials are asked to check-in Monday, August 3rd from noon to 6pm or Tuesday, August 4th from 8am
to 4pm. We ask that you please plan to depart on Sunday August 3rd, to ensure the best scoring for all athletes and to
give all Officials breaks throughout the event.

Brands, LLC (Combat Brands) or event partners (partners) without compensation. Combat Brands and/or partners may publish materials, use my name,
photograph, and/or make reference to me in any manner deemed appropriate for company related purposes. I agree to abide by USA Boxing’s Code of
Conduct. This authorization is continuous and may only be withdrawn by my specific rescission of this authorization.
