The Lincoln Heritage Council, BSA Audubon District Merit Badge University is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2015
from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm on the Owensboro Community & Technical College main campus. All Boy Scouts are invited
to participate and may complete all or most merit badge subject requirements that day. Each Scout should expect to
be in class for the complete day.

Soil & Water Conservation (1/2 Day)

Class size is limited to 20 scouts maximum per badge (unless otherwise noted) and will be filled on a first
received, first registered basis for scouts in the Audubon District. After that remaining spots will be filled on a
first received from other district/councils. There are some requirements for the merit badges that must be
completed before or after the event. It will be the responsibility of each troop leader to verify that any badge
requirements that is to be done before or after the event is actually completed in a satisfactory manner. Merit
badge (blue cards) card will be provided by the merit badge instructors. Scouts need to bring pen and paper
(Merit badge book suggested). Scouts are to be in Class A uniforms.

First Session of Merit Badge Classes

Second Session of Merit Badge Classes
Closing – Blandford Hall (Humanities Bldg.) Pick up Troop Packets
The cost per participant will be $10.00. The fee includes: full day of classes, program materials, and patch.
For lunch, Troops will need to provide their own food or make plans to go off campus.
All registration must be received at the Lincoln Heritage Council office by April 8, 2015 to guarantee a roster
spot for your Scout. For late registration, e-mail Danny Ricketts at [email protected]. Scouts may not get
their 1st or 2nd choice after April 8. There will be NO onsite registration. Confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the
Troop leader listed on the registration form. A minimum of two leaders per unit are required to attend. Participation
and/or assistance of unit leaders in the sessions are requested. Please indicate on the registration form the classes
you would like to attend.
